Challenge

The situation

The client had multiple operational and customer management processes with friction between functions and roles, causing inefficiencies and overlapping work. Different business units and countries had their own ways of working, and there was no shared view of how work should flow between business and IT.

Approach

What we did

Digital Rebel joined the client's team to redesign core business processes across multiple countries and business units. Through structured interviews and cross-functional workshops with domain experts, process owners, and leadership, we mapped current-state processes end-to-end and identified key friction points — overlapping responsibilities, handoff gaps between functions, and inconsistencies across countries. We designed a unified process framework for the client's internal business processes, clarifying how work flows between business and IT. The framework clarified roles and responsibilities, eliminated redundant steps, and introduced consistent ways of working across units. We also facilitated alignment sessions with leadership to ensure strategic buy-in and practical adoption across the organization.

Results

Where it landed

The client received a unified framework for its internal business processes, clarifying how work flows between business and IT: roles and responsibilities defined, redundant steps removed, and consistent ways of working proposed across units and countries. The engagement closed with leadership holding a concrete, evaluated model to decide on, instead of a diffuse sense that "our processes have friction".
