Hi, I'm Jenni
I help product teams change how they build with AI agents, from the first customer insight to what runs in production. Twenty years of product, service design and operating model work, and I still build every day.
I don't advise from the side. I run my own work on an agent team I designed myself, from market and customer research to PRDs, quality gates and pull requests. It's the same way of working I bring to client teams, tested on my own work first.
