Challenge

The situation

The client lacked a systematic way to use data in daily decision-making. While individual experts used data, it was not embedded across the organization — there was no holistic view of how data could support different functions and roles.

Approach & Impact

What we did

Digital Rebel joined the client's team to initiate and lead a data strategy program from the ground up. Through structured interviews and workshops across roles, functions, and management levels, we mapped the current state of data usage, identified capability gaps, and built a shared understanding of where data could create the most value. We defined the strategic vision, focus areas, and concrete objectives for building a data-driven organization — covering data governance, analytics capabilities, tooling, and organizational readiness. The strategy was designed to be actionable, not just aspirational. Beyond strategy documentation, we drove cultural change through practical weekly sessions where teams explored how data and analytics could support their everyday decision-making. We led all strategy materials, internal presentations, and communication efforts — ensuring the program was understood and supported across the organization. The focus was always on building organizational capabilities and a data-literate culture, not just implementing technology.
