The situation
The client had developed an early MVP of a well-being service but sought more radical growth opportunities. The ambition was to rethink the opportunity space and explore new business models and customer segments within the broader well-being domain.

What we did
Digital Rebel joined the team to expand and redefine the opportunity landscape beyond the existing MVP. We established a strategic framework for opportunity exploration, conducted trend analysis across the well-being industry, and mapped the competitive landscape to identify underserved needs and emerging market spaces. Through structured innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, we explored new directions and shaped a focused business concept with a clear value proposition and target segment. The concept was translated into an interactive prototype and validated directly with target customers. This moved the work from abstract strategy to a testable concept with real user feedback — supporting evidence-based decision-making on whether to pursue the new business direction.
