It all sounds plausible in the strategy deck. But the customer's real need hasn't been tested. The internal operating model hasn't been thought through. Nobody has drawn the service blueprint or tested whether the pieces connect. By the time the concept hits build, half the assumptions are wrong and changing course is expensive.

A concept isn't a value proposition canvas. It's a designed service: customer journey, internal operating model, tools, channels, business case. Detailed enough to put in front of real customers and real stakeholders and get honest feedback. Depending on where you are, that concept can be a shaped idea ready for internal review, a validated concept tested with real customers, or an end-to-end service concept ready for implementation.

Frame the real question

What actually needs validation? Is it customer demand? The service flow? The business model? The fit with the existing operating model? We define the critical assumption the concept has to test. Not the easy one.

Design the concept end to end

We design the concept at the right fidelity: value proposition, customer journey, service blueprint, internal operating logic, channels, and tools. As detailed as it needs to be to get real feedback.

Decide and hand over

Depending on the package, the concept goes to internal stakeholders for review, to real customers for validation, or all the way to implementation readiness. You get a clear recommendation - go, adjust, or stop - with the evidence behind it and a path forward.
