Concept Creation & Validation

Test the service, product, or business idea before the budget is gone.

Problem

Big ideas get approved at slide level. The reality hits in build.

A new service. A reinvented loan application flow. A new digital channel. A fresh business model for a segment you haven't served before. It all sounds plausible in the strategy deck. But the customer's real need hasn't been tested. The internal operating model hasn't been thought through. Nobody has drawn the service blueprint or checked whether the channels and tools actually connect. By the time the concept hits build, half the assumptions are wrong and changing course is expensive.

Solution

I build the concept you can actually test.

A concept isn't a value proposition canvas. It's a designed service: customer journey, internal operating model, tools, channels, business case. Detailed enough to put in front of real customers and real stakeholders and get honest feedback. Depending on the stage, that concept can be a sprint to pressure-test one idea, a full design and validation cycle, or an end-to-end service concept ready to be implemented.

How it works

01

Frame the real question

What actually needs validation? Is it customer demand? The service flow? The business model? The fit with the existing operating model? We define the critical assumption the concept has to test. Not the easy one.

02

Design the concept end to end

We design the concept at the right fidelity: value proposition, customer journey, service blueprint, internal operating logic, channels, and tools. As detailed as it needs to be to get real feedback.

03

Test, decide, and hand over

We validate the concept with real customers, real stakeholders, and real operational constraints. The output is a clear go / adjust / stop recommendation: the concept, the evidence behind it, and a path to implementation if it's a go.

Sitting on a concept with a lot of assumptions? Let's test it before you commit the budget.
