Concept Validation & Rapid Prototyping

Stop debating slides. Start testing ideas.

Problem

Big decisions, no evidence.

Ideas get discussed at slide level for months. Then a big initiative gets approved, budget committed, teams mobilized. But nobody actually tested whether the thing works. The assumptions are baked into the strategy deck where nobody questions them. Problems show up late, when changing course is expensive.

Solution

I build something you can test before you invest.

A prototype is a thinking tool. It makes assumptions concrete and testable before real money is on the table. Depending on what needs testing, that could be a concept model, a service flow, a clickable prototype, or a lightweight pilot. The point is to learn fast and make better decisions about what to build, fund, or stop.

How it works

01

Figure out what to test

What's the biggest unknown? Is it whether customers want this? Whether the service flow works? Whether the business model holds? We start with the assumption that matters most.

02

Build something real enough

We create a prototype at the right level of detail. Could be a concept model, a service blueprint, a clickable flow, or something more hands-on. Only as polished as it needs to be to get honest feedback.

03

Test it and decide

We put it in front of real stakeholders or customers, see what happens, and turn the findings into a clear recommendation. Go, adjust, or stop.
