Solution

Digital Rebel was part of the customer's team, and we began defining new well-being-related business. We started by establishing a well-being framework, based on which we conducted trend analysis. Additionally, we carried out a comprehensive competitor analysis, documenting it for future reference.

In workshops, we brainstormed and considered differentiation factors and business implications. Ideas were further refined, and various concepts were created for different customer segments. We also developed an interactive prototype. Ideas were tested with customers using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
