Challenge


The customer had an idea for a new construction industry service where a construction company could better communicate with construction sites, including their status, changes, and tasks with employees, and invoice the client for the work done. The service involved multiple user groups, and their needs needed to be addressed. The startup sought assistance on how to turn the idea into a concept, visualize it, and concretize the idea through a prototype.

After this process, the customer was able to present and pitch their idea to investors and stakeholders, test the idea with customers, and the concept served as a starting point for future requirement specifications.
