AI Builds

Build the working thing - when your team needs a tool, prototype, or asset, and the only blocker is bandwidth.

Problem

Internal tools and prototypes stay on the wishlist because nobody has time to build them.

The team knows what would help. A landing page that doesn't go through a four-week agency cycle. A small Claude-powered helper that takes the repetitive task off three people's plates. A design system everyone keeps asking for. A working prototype to put in front of real customers, not just a clickable mockup. The need is concrete. The blocker is bandwidth. The internal team is heads-down on the priorities, and the work that would unlock real productivity sits on the wishlist month after month.

Solution

I build the thing, with Claude doing the heavy lifting.

A focused 2-4 week sprint where the deliverable is a working tool, prototype, or asset, not a plan for it. Production-quality code and design, ready for your team to review, pilot, or take to deployment. Claude generates fast. I bring 20 years of business design, product development, and senior leadership experience to make sure the result fits your real context, your real users, and your real workflows.

How it works

01

Scope what gets built

A 30-minute scoping call to define what gets built, what's out of scope, and what "done" means. If it's not a fit for AI Builds, I'll say so and point you in the right direction.

02

Build the thing

A 2-4 week sprint, scoped to the work. Claude does the heavy lifting on generation. I design, build, integrate, and refine. Iteration checkpoints with you or your team during the sprint.

03

Hand it over

You get the working deliverable with source files and documentation. Light technical setup where relevant: hosting, deployment, integration with one existing tool. Your team can review the code, take it to pilot, or deploy when ready.
